Nature Break Reminder

When we think of a nature break, we often imagine a long hike to a beautiful vista or snorkeling in the ocean, while on holidays. While these are wonderful activities, I think it is valuable to consider that at any moment we are breathing air, we are in connection with nature (i.e. all of the time). Sometimes it just takes a shift in perception to rekindle and reanimate our surrounding world.

The printable resources below serve as a gentle reminder to be placed by your desk or in your office (or your colleague's desk or office). They can be customised with your own cues to prioritise a nature break and options for looking at, listening to, tasting, smelling or moving in nature, specific to your setting.
