Radical Self Care Women's Group

The Radical Self Care Women's Group empowers *women with ways to nourish themselves when feeling depleted. Attendees will reflect on current practices, problem solve barriers and develop meaningful self-care rituals.

*Anyone who self-identifies as a woman is welcome to attend this group

Following booked out workshops and at the Seven Sisters Festival (2022) and Gathering of the Goddesses Festival (2023) and covering topics:

• 9th Oct - Inviting Awe and Wonder
• 23rd Oct - Balancing the Scales
• 6th Nov - Weaving our Learning

Fee

Standard:$160 for the program ($40 per group session)

Concession: $120 for program ($30 per group session)
